Delivery is free over £500 to mainland UK. Delivery below £500 is charged at £20. Please contact us for any queries through info@luxequipmentonline.com
We deliver to UK Mainland and Ireland only.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@luxequipmentonline.com so that we can help.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@luxequipmentonline.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:

We aim to supply goods in excellent condition. We will repair or replace any item found defective or damaged before or during delivery. If after receiving the goods the customer changes their mind, and the goods are still in a saleable condition (i.e., how they received them) then they have up to 14 days to return them to us with the below information.
- a copy of the Customer’s invoice or Order, and
- the Customer’s contact telephone number, email address, and address
- the Customer’s reasons for returning the item.
Any orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please note that we will accept products that are unopened and in their original packaging or have never been used. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.
Please note that products must be in their original packaging only to ensure they are not damaged in transit. You will be sent a returns label for your product. Once your item is received, it will be checked by the warehouse and your refund will be processed within 14 days. We do not have a crane ourselves, but we can help you to source a crane for delivery over the property/wall or to an upper level

Recommend a flat, hard ground with poured concrete base that has been levelled off. You can then add gravel, bark or anything else around this to create a decorative effect.We can also install on patios (as long as they're flat) and decking if it it reinforced.

Yes, all Igneus pizza ovens are portable and can fit in the boot of your car. For easier transportation, you can remove the firebricks from the oven, as they account for much of the oven's weight. With the firebricks removed, one person can easily move the oven's casing.

How do I keep my pizza oven in the best condition?
To maintain your Igneus pizza oven:
- Let the oven cool down naturally after cooking. You can speed up the process by spreading the embers evenly using an ember rake.
- Once the oven has completely cooled, use a dustpan and brush to remove the embers. For a deeper clean, lift out the firebricks and use a vacuum to remove any remaining ash.
- Clean the firebricks with a dry brush only—do not use water or soap as they need to stay dry.
- For the exterior, clean with a sponge and mild dish soap (like Fairy Liquid). Baby oil can help remove ash marks from the surface.
What is the warranty on Igneus pizza ovens?
Igneus pizza ovens come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The Igneus Pro range offers a 2-year warranty.
How do I use my Igneus pizza oven safely?
- Pizza ovens become extremely hot during use. While children can help make pizzas, ensure they are kept at a safe distance from the oven.
- Avoid allowing children to handle pizzas in or out of the oven and never leave them unattended while the oven is hot.
- After use, allow the oven to cool for at least 24 hours before attempting to remove any coals, and ensure that embers are completely cold before disposal. Never place hot embers in a combustible container.

Can I cook on my Igneus pizza oven straight away?
No, you need to perform two blind firings before using the oven for cooking. These initial firings help the firebricks acclimate to the heat and prevent cracking. Detailed instructions for the blind firings are included in the packaging.
What wood should I use with the Igneus pizza oven?
To start your oven, use a combination of kindling and natural firelighters. For cooking, we recommend using untreated wood logs. Silver Birch is an excellent choice due to its bark and low density, which helps the oven reach cooking temperature quickly.
How do I set up my Igneus pizza oven?
Setting up your Igneus pizza oven is simple:
- Remove the oven case from the box and place it in your desired location.
- Unpack the chimney, door, and fireguard from inside the oven case.
- Assemble the chimney by attaching the flue to the oven and placing the cap on top.
- Insert the firebricks into the base of the oven.
- Once you've started cooking, use the fireguard to prevent embers from falling into the cooking area.
